    Hi All , Anyone had any dealings with the above . I posted an effect pedal to a buyer , did not put a return address on it , or a eCP number , so it was refused in the drop / pick up shop and "returned to sender" . ALL MY FAULT I know ! When there is no return address , the parcel goes to the post office NRC in belfast ! Tried numerous calls , no one seems to answer . looks like its a lesson learned Pete

    Still enjoying this pedal ( only at bedroom volume ) but got a rehearsal week Friday , so will hear it a volume. All the controls are so interactive , Got hold of a Zoom MS60B to run in send / return loop just for tuner and one or two effects .

    Peavey Max100 Analog Preamp You don’t see many of these about For sale, the aboveMax100 Analog Preamp, with digital stereo effects. Designed for Guitar, but I have used it on Bass, works pretty well. Effects are Chorus/Flange, Tremolo/Phaser, Delay, Reverb, Rotary/Speaker, EQ and Tuner. No box or Manual, but has a suitable power supply incl. and the unit has a crack on screen. It in pretty good condition for its age (I believe it is 1995) Price includes UK Mainland Postage

    Hi , Yes all seems to be working , I dont know much about electronics ( a bit of soldering etc is about all ) It does sound rather good into the effects return on my Mesa 800 head . Will take along to next rehearsal and try out at volume . Pete

    Hi , I got it working - cleaned pots , put a new led in place of one that was broken . Got a 16vac power supply for it I`ll dig it out tomorrow and try it , let you know . Pete

    Chased up Laney this afternoon , regarding my Digbeth that has ben returned to them - possible Aux in problem ( UPS picked up 09:30 Monday ) Laney have not received it yet ! Being that I live in Coventry and Laney are in Birmingham , maybe it would have been quicker and safer for me to take it over there myself . Pete

    Cant wait to get mine back , just got an old (1990 ) Yamaha Magicstomp to use the effects with the Digbeth . What a game tryiing to sort out the software . Fortunately , there is a Facebook Page , dedicated to the Magicstomp , with all the old software files etc With the help of the users on this site , , the Magistomp is now an Acoustic , Electric or BASS pedal . pete

    Got one two weeks ago , love it . Aux in was very quiet ( play along tracks ) shot email to Laney , they said it should not be , they arranged pick up ( UPS ) to check it out . Awaiting result , what more do you want from a UK company . EXCELLENT ! Overall l recon they are onto a winner here . By the way, changed the dials for some Boss ones - can see them better now .

    Bathroom scales 7 1/2 lb , nice for an old man like me , centerline join on Mahogany body . Dont know if its a Thunderbird pickup or not ( looks about the same size ) Fingerboard was really dry when I got it , used plenty of Leamon Oil . Frets still need polishing I have set it with a highish action ( as I like ) , and I have still got to find out what difference the push / pull pot makes on the overall sound . Bedroom level is not a true test . Got to wait now till our guitarists fingertip has healed to start gigging again ( cut most of it off on a guillotine at his works ). A Gator Les Paul delux case is on order , after a lot of research on internet , which came up with this case as the best fit . Slight neck dive , but have got used to playing with my 1997 Epiphone Rivoli which has neck dive , so no problem there . Will get a few more pics up later . Pete

    Just got a Gibson Les Paul DC from Bax . At the price they were throwing them out , l could not resist (£575) Always fancied one . I see they have gone back up to £800 ish now . Some small quality issues 1) end of fingerboard not stained correctly - patchy 2) scratchplate screws going in at an angle 3)small "ding" on back of neck . Could have sent back , but at this price l was expecting some quality issues . Plays and sounds BEAUTIFUL . Pics to follow

    To get over the gap at the bottom of pickup to body , when the pickup was raised , l put some black modelling putty ( milliputy l think it was ) around the resin coils , and sanded back to make the pickup cover look deeper . Looks ok to me . Going to put the parallel , series switch in and remove the choke connections next . Pete
