Hi , Even using the GUI , its quite complex ( Computer nerds will love it ) Spent an hour or so on it last night , had to pack in , my head was spinning . Lots of things missing , or not explained very well in manual . I`ll carry on trying it out for a while , and see how I feel . Thought it would be so easy with the GUI , but spending so much time on PC instead of playing . Ive had Line6 HX EFFECTS , Mooer Ge200, Zoom B3n etc ....so easy to use , but this one takes a lot of patience and time . Pete

All sorted now .... they got in touch , told me to change the setting on USB- B default to TO USB-MIDI ( Windows ) and re-boot . Now all is OK. You'll love it . Pete

Hi , been through all info , but no success. Think the unit may be faulty .

Just purchased ( used ) a Mod Dwarf , after watching loads of you tube videos . The thing that I liked was the GUI (Graphic User Interface)on screen , so simple to use , even me at 74 ( not being computer literate ) could understand how to use it . My PC will not link to the website that the GUI is on , just says that the website is not available , try later . Have sent three emails to the company , with no reply . Has anyone else had this problem . I`m fed up of twiddling on the box to get things to work , I want to use the GUI ! Pete

Got a used one yesterday ...............my head hurts ........my Windows 10 will not recognise the web site for the GUI ! , so have been messing around with the menus on the box ...........my head hurts.......... so many "HOLD THIS DOWN , SCROLL THAT , etc etc " Got to be easier using the Graphic User Interfece , if only it would load ! Have asked the Mod people for some help , but not holding my breath for a reply ! Pete

Very sorry to hear this , l am 74 , had carpal tunnel ops on both wrists , cataracts removed from both eyes ( l can read the set list now ) taking daily tablets for my 'dicky' heart , have to get a carer for my wife every time l gig or rehearse ....... been playing music since the 60's ( in fact l play In a Stones Tribute now , so playing the same songs as l did then ! ) l recon l might be playing at my own funeral . I will NEVER give up , so sad to to hear of others having to stop playing . Pete

Left it to Andertons , they sorted a replacement within 2 weeks . The thing l was really annoyed about was the way the driver placed the case with the damage hidden from my wife against the wall , so she could not see it . Never seen the driver since on our round .
