    Why not? Depends on the band, depends on the song, depends on what part of a particular song. But you shouldn't think 'Effects are just for sounding right for a cover', be creative people, make your own sound!

    Monckyman, if you don't mind me asking, how comes your looking to swap a LM2 for the PF500? I'm considering both at the moment and kind of saw the PF500 as a 'not as good, but could buy it new for the same money' sort of purchase.
