1. Bought a pair of DT-100 headphones from Paul- no problems, very fast turnaround and well packaged. Deal with confidence!
 2. Ian had a pedal off me, some great comms organising pickup while he was down in Norfolk even with the lack of phone signal! 10/10.
 3.
Holy sh*te Matt you have just made a happy man very old. You've just reminded me that somewhere there is a video of me playing this exact song... nearly 20 years ago. I attached a video camera (digital cameras were purely sci-fi back then) to the headstock and shot down the neck. I'll have to see if I can find it now. I'll never forget that section that repeats over and over being a killer and the feeling of cramp setting in.
Yeah it's a killer alright! It would be cool to see your version- bit unwieldy having a video camera on the headstock I'd imagine, haha!
 4. Jamming with Soundgarden!
 5.
BF Compact. Job done
+1!
 6. Had a microphone from Andy- great comms and a very fast, easy transaction via bank transfer. 10/10!
 7. Just to put it in perspective, I sold my Ampeg SVT450H and 6x10 for an Ampeg PF-500 + Compact and they could take on my old stack anyday. I'm going to add a Midget or another Compact to the stack soon and that will probably reverse the rotation of the earth. Total GAS cure these cabs!
 8. I've been putting the absolute cheapest of cheap bass strings on my Rick from Ebay the last few times I've restrung it and I can't tell the difference between them and Rotosounds...might say something about them! I agree they are very harsh on the fingers, going to be switching to flats next time around.
 9.
Ampeg PF500 and Barefaced Compact
We have the same rig Seeing as it's an absolute beast with just the one Barefaced Cab, I'm looking forward to adding a midget to it and really letting the PF-500 loose!
 10. Sorry man but someone just pipped you to the post yesterday via another forum. Now sold.

The MXR M188 Bass Auto Q gives you individual control over Volume, Q (sweep) and Range, plus Decay, Blend and Rate. The M188 Bass Auto Q Guitar Effects Pedal Main Features Include:

Authentic Crybaby Bass Wah tones and Q control
Sensitivity circuit delivers effects at any volume
Blendable LFO shimmer goes from tremble to shriek
Fully adjustable transition from wah to LFO
Indestructible, die-cast zinc housing
Selling as I don't use it very much and I'm leaning towards a more basic rock tone. It's in good condition, two screws are missing from the bottom where I attached it to my pedalboard but that's it. Velcro is also attached to the underside. £60 delivered. Tradewise I'd be interested in a decent bass octave pedal or any guitar effects...let me know what you've got!
 12.
The Norwich boys have been good to me, price matched online prices and ordered stuff in for me with no hassle. And thats back to and including from the days of it being Academy Of Sound.
+1 for Norwich. When I wanted a Rickenbacker they sourced one for me at a time when new ones were very hard to come by in the UK. They also always do money off and throw in free stuff as well. Top marks!
