2.
How about the black one and a little cash for my sandberg JM4?
Sorry Mike really looking for a staright sale on this mate
 3.
I'm good thanks Steve. Busy with work and a new band. Funnily enough, I've just got rid of my second P bass too as I couldn't see the point in hvaing 2 that did the same thing Still cricketing?
Yes i am was persuaded out of retirement at end of last season to play in 1sts as we had an injury crisis was coaching at the time, and been persuaded to carry on this year, finding it tough physically as we have had 3 double headers in the last 4 weeks and standard is very high, bowling is ok just the fielding takes its toll we did 63 overs bank holiday monday hard work hahaha !!!!!
 4.
Oh Steve, how could you! Seriously, the black BG was one of the best basses I have owned and one I really regret moving on. The neck is superb and it's a very comfortable weight. Tempted.........
Nick i know i have had this longer than any other bass and still is the first choice for gigs subconciously hope the sunburst goes first hahaha, i know what you mean about the neck just feels right somehow, i'm going to end up talking myself out of this haha, How are things with you mate ?
 5. Right folks i have 2 of these fantastic basses and to be fair i really only need 1, as much as i would prefer to keep both needs must so 1 will have to go, can't decide which so am going to put both up for sale and will sell the one that goes first if that makes sense. No 1 2008 model in Sunburst with maple board and mint green PG not 100% sure which pickups are in this one i have a feeling they are the Lakland( hanson ) ones, currently strung with Joe Osborne flats, will also come with white PG and a red tort and a Lakland gig bag. This is in mint condition i have not gigged it only used it at a couple of rehearsals. Price for this is £530 posted. The second is Black/Black/maple slightly older model approx 2005 i think bought here from Old Horse Murphy, this has Lindy Fralin Pickups and is again strung with Joe Osborne Flats, this has been my main gigging bass for the last 3 years, but is still in excellent condition, this will come with mint green, red tort and white PGs and a Lakland gig bag, Price for this is £475 posted. I will add some more photos of the black bass later this is the only one i have at the moment. Even though i only have a gigbag the guitar will be well packaged as i have a guitar box so will be inside that plus bubblewrap etc. I hope all this makes sense please feel free to ask any questions which i will endeavour to answer as quickly as possible. Not looking for any trades at the moment folks if it changes i will let you know. Cheers Steve

 14.
Are you only interested in a cash sale? Trades at all?
What have you got in mind ?
 15.
Silly question - How do these amps sound with effects? I tried an old ashdown abm (is that the one with the sliders?) and found it was really muddy and had "too much" lows? Have ashdown sorted this with the mibass?
Couldn't really answer that as i never use effects at all, i also have an ABM 500 and i think this is more defined than that, with the eq it is possible to dial in most tones and is exceptionally versatile. Cheers steve
 16. Bump for price drop now £325 posted which is £100 off new price only 3 months old, gigged twice cheers steve
 17. Sunday morning bump
 18. Decided that i'm definitely going to let this go so bump for price drop to £335 posted for quick sale cheers Steve
 19.
Klystron 500, subtle as a flying mallet Steve
Haha thought you may like that, cash sale will achieve the same result mate all roads lead to the Klystron !!!!
 20. Not 100% sure about this but i'm going to put it out there to see what happens, This was bought new from PMT in Manchester 3 months ago, with the intention of going lightweight and while i really like the ease and portability of this amp i miss some of the features from my old ABM, so going to see if there is any interest out there for it. Being a bit of a technophobe i have attached the info from the Ashdown site which explains all the features better than i could It fits in the pocket of a gig bag. Yet it’s big enough to fill a serious venue with warm authoritative Ashdown tone. Designed from the ground up the MiBass 550 packs 550W of Class D power and a plethora of pro features in a stylish, compact bass head measuring just 8.3 x 2.6 x 6.3 inches – and that includes an internal power supply. On the front you’ll find a switchable Active/Passive instrument input, input level control that allows you to match the input signal to your bass using the trademark Ashdown VU meter. The newly designed pre amp centers on a 7 band semi parametric EQ for precision tone shaping, use the rotary controls to select frequency and the sliders to cut or boost to the exact amount needed. Add even more low end with the 'Deep' button or instantly switch to a slap happy tone by engaging the 'Shape' button. The EQ can be bypassed completely with an EQ In/Out switch, the output level controls overall volume and what could be neater than a front panel-mounted line input with level control so you can hook up an MP3 player for practicing. The pro-theme continues around the back, where combination Jack/Speakon speaker outputs share panel space with a Pre/Post switchable balanced DI output for direct connection to a PA or recording console, an FX Send/Return for adding in your favourite effects and a very useful headphone jack for silent practice. Cheapest i can find these for online is £427 so for i cash sale i would be looking for £300 posted which is over £100 off the new price , straight sale only now as i have now acquired an ABM 500 Have attached a couple of iphone pics as i have no camera with me at the moment if you want any more info or more detailed pics drop me a PM Cheers Steve

 23.
HI, is this still up for sale?
Yes still for sale LLoyd
 24.
Used to be mine this one before I traded it with MB1 (for a ABM500 head). Cracking amp and faultless condition. If I had the room and money, I'd have it back!! Have a bump
Thanks for that yes it is immaculate the only reason i'm even considering letting it go is that i now have the 2 cabs and so another amp head would be more practical. cheets steve
