1.
Since seeing the post with the video clip of Paul Turner in Jamiroquai playing Runaway I am going bananas trying to learn it. The Tascam Bass trainer is a Godsend, I can only play the song slowed down
i found myself playing it two ways, one seems more awkward but for some reason sounds right.the other i suppose the more logial way. good line though i reckon.
2. i dont care if it's lined with f***ing platinum. it's a stupid price for a piece of wood.

8.
Spoilsport! I had visions of some old duffers knocking out the tunes from a pit under the stage.
I had visions of the 'performing' monkeys being run over by a tank. pity it didn't happen. anyone got a tank?
9. nice work,i like em in balck n' white. case too!
10. Aside from being almost wide as i am long im pretty much a short arse and apart from having a few probs anyway with big bodied basses for other reasons i i've found warwicky type bodies really nice to deal with,i find p's and j's clunky and clumsy comfortwise.rockbasses are pretty good for someone male or female to get to gripes with i think and are a little more elegant than a lot of things out there. especially if sitting down for long periods of time, which is fairly likeley if sitting down learning and noodlin aboot. but then again im sure someone will disagree.
11. eye your not wrong there it has a mid cut and the sweep generally does take any that was there away,if you like that then its good. i do
12. it is a damn good sounding pre, dont know why most yams dont have it,apart from the price obviously.
