3.
Not so dumb...he probably just wandered in off the street and saw the opportunity for free grub... Probably been doing it for years.. But, I'm not sure I'd audition total randoms anyway....
He contacted us through JoinMyBand, but we did wonder whether he did it regularly just to get a free meal.
4. We once auditioned a vocalist who turned up with an acoustic guitar, we asked if he intended playing it, and he replied, "no, I can't play guitar, I just like to have it with me all the time", and just stood it in the corner of the room. Just before we started, he asked if he could go to the reception for some food and drink as he had come straight from work, he came back to the room with two rounds of sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bars, and two cans of drink. He couldn't sing either, so he didn't get the job, but when we went to pay for the room, we found out that he had put his food and drink on the tab, so we had to pay an extra £9.50
5. FINAL PRICE DROP £825.00
6.
I've got a MIM 60th. Anniversary Precision in nearly new condition cheaper than this if you're interested.
Thanks Jazzneck, but it's the MIA version I'm after.
7. He says "i am not a dealer this is my new baby but my missis is making me sell it to take her on holiday , women eh you gotta love em" Once she saw it, I'm not surprised! And I see he's including the polishing cloth, what on earth would that be used for?

9. The annoying thing for me is, I am actually searching for a 60th Anniversary Precision which is how I came across it, and I would have gone for it had it not been trashed!!!
10. What a mess! Professionally reliced? http://www.ebay.co.u...=item27fe499173
11. Price drop! Now £895
12. Free Bird & Sweet Home Alabama!!! I love Skynyrd, and there are loads of other great Skynyrd songs, so why do so many bands insist on playing these two?
13. It's now on eBay as well.
14. Still here, looks like I will have to put it on eBay soon.
15. This lovely bass is still available for £450. I will probably put on eBay if it doesn't go soon.
16. I've had at least six Mighty Mite necks and every single one of them has been excellent. I put Mighty Mite Jazz necks on all my precisions, and quite honestly, the finish is as good as the original Fender USA necks I replace. Five were from Bluebass320 on eBay, and one was imported from the States, all great quality and fitted the neck pockets perfectly.
17.
Hi Great looking bass. Can you tell me what it weighs?
8lb 9oz weighed with digital scales.
18. I have four precisions, two with maple boards, two with rosewood boards. I know nothing about all the scientific facts etc.. but the maple boards are definitely brighter to my ears, and I have even swapped the necks and tried both necks on the same body and electrics/settings etc.. I'm sure people will tell me I'm wrong though!
19. FINAL PRICE DROP £825.00 My "top of the range" Ibanez SR5000e is now up for sale at a new price of £825.00 Collection preferred, but will ship at buyer's expense. It's in good condition, but does have a few signs of wear due to it being gigged. This bass was made at the Fuji-gen Plant, Japan in 2010, and cost over £1800 new. I am based in Bridgnorth, and you are more than welcome to try it out first. Here is the link to the Ibanez website that has all the info you need.
