6.
I just picked up a one of a kind Matamp 4x6 yesterday, bought it for home practice and potentially studio work. It still amazes me that no matter what Matamp gear I plug into my tone is always there even on something as small as this cab. I can get crappy mobile phone pics tonight if anyone wants. Cheers
Of course.......yes please
7.
Maybe. But after all, blues is a state of mind rather than a strict style of music. IMO of course.
Absolutely....... good point.
8. I think the venue and audience preference has to dictate how diluted the 'Blues' material becomes. Your average town centre pub, unless it's a Blues venue would probably require Soul/Blues (the Commitments/ Blues brothers take) However if you tried too many classic soul re- hashed songs at a Blues festival you may come a cropper.
9. Happy new year Dave and thanks for posting the vid. I haven't got the best memory in the world, but I'm not bad on faces, and I recognise the sax player from the 'Blues Boys', who played our northern Colne blues festival several times. I saw them in the bar at the Municipal hall, and he also played some tasty guitar on a home made looking flying V. Cameron
10.
What do they call the finish of the vinyl? Very nice, by the way
IIRC that vinyl finish is called Reptile, cheers.
11. I can vouch for the immaculate condition of this cab as it used to be mine, it sounds great with any head and at almost half the cost of a new one, a rare bargain. Cameron
12. Have a good one Al Can't make this one, but will see you again soon..........excellent band.
13.
I like the look of this! What if i paid for a courier?
Absolutely no problem at all. C
14. I am reluctantly putting this very versatile compact amp up for sale (runs at 8, 4 or 2 ohms) Mainly used as a back up, it is 6 years old, has been well looked after and serviced regularly, the only blemish is the tiniest of scratches on the front as can be seen in the pics. Collection preferred from Preston Lancs, or could possibly meet up on motorway network. Looking for £475, no trades thanks.
15. Cheers guys It's coming to a good home north of Watford, watch this space for one or two basses to be listed shortly, as I will need to recover my finances.
16. Couldn't resist Chris. Cameron

We never met, but shared numerous PM's about our mutual favourite subjects.....Wood & Tronics, Shuker and 'P' basses. I always eagerly awaited his comments, advice and friendly banter, a true gentleman, who will be sadly missed. My sincere condolences to Simon's family and close friends. Cameron
18.
This is very interesting!!!! Lets see how much cash i can get together!
Good luck Chris, but I hope you don't have to sell those Sadowskys
19.
Is this the earlier slightly heavier version or the later (lighter) model with the Neo sub-driver?
It is the lighter version, and an easy one man lift in and out of a vehicle, it also has removable wheels.
20. I've been dithering over this for a while, but am finally putting my Accugroove Whappo JNR up for sale. All the specs are on the website www.accugroove.com. It is in very good condition, bought new from the Gallery and has been well protected with a padded cover. The only marks are a few minor scuffs on the plastic corners, and it has no other issues at all. I would be willing to deliver or meet up within a 50 mile radius of Preston Lancashire, unfortunately not looking for any trades though thanks. These don't come up for sale very often, and that doesn't surprise me, so I would like to thank Alex at the Gallery for his price advice on this. I am asking £700 including delivery as mentioned above, I would welcome collection and inspection no problem.
21. I heard this rig at one of Alans theatre gigs recently, it's warm, focussed and punchy....gorgeous sound. Shame it has to go, good luck with the sale Al.
22.
Just called Jeff for a chat my GT200 isn't too far off, really can't express how excited I am guys, he also said when the little spirit combo's are all gone he'll be reordering lots of the tolex he's run out of now, so when that red tolex comes back in I'll have a headcase for my Strategy 400 and Alembic preamp made and another 2x12 because those cabs are the bomb.
Looking forward to seeing the end result Steve, and yes the 2x12 cabs are great.
23. Just collected these this afternoon, Jeff swapped the 2x12 I bought off Steve as I prefer the Lloyd loom as opposed to black speaker cloth. Can't wait to gig em!!
24. Now sold pending payment thanks all for your interest.
