Think it's swamp ash, it's light but resonant
  6. Near new Markbass 2 x 10 Traveller cab with padded Markbass cover. I got this in a trade from our very own MB1 and as its surplus to requirements it's now up for sale. It's the 8 ohm version and very light at around 13kgs, nice crisp sound with plenty of oomph and a good quality adjustable horn. I'd think pickup is best as I don't really have anything to ship it in. Here are some pics care of Martin. Thanks for looking!

  11. This is for a Markbass 15"speaker and cab - the head was removed before I bought it - it's like the combo version here http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifiers-effects/markbass-mini-cmd-151p-300-500w-1x15-bass-combo-amp The cab has been used in conjunction with my old CMD 151P combo for a large stage rig. The cab is lightweight and in excellent condition and comes with a Roqsolid cover. You could use this as an extension can or with a Littlemark head to convert it back into a combo. Pickup from Lancaster is best as I don't have anything to box it up in. Thanks for looking! I prefer a cash sale on this one.
  12. Nice to see Basschat usurping friend's reunited! Good luck with the sale looks a great rig

  14. This is my Markbass Tube 800, 500 watts into 8ohms 800 into 4ohms. It's small and very powerful with the ability to mix in the tube preamp section to warm up the sound. It's too much power for my needs so I'm moving it on to buy a Mini combo. It's got the usual LM eq section and a balanced input with phantom power plus push/pull mute in the master volume. Italian made and only 3 years old with some minor surface scratches to the chassis. Everything works as it ought to. Typical high quality MB construction. Postage will be £12 insured in the UK. If you have a MB Mini 121P to trade get in touch otherwise sale only. Cheers!

  17. Look for an Akai SG01V vintage synth module - you can get them on eBay ranging between £55-£100 and a small midi controller keyboard - I got an Evolution battery operated 2 octave keyboard with full size keys and an Akai module for less than £100 the pair - the synth has some great Minimoog and other vintage bass synth sounds. This set up has served me well for live work and is nice and light. I've used it live as it's much more stable than my vintage analogue synths.
  18. That's mine and it's been discussed elsewhere here. It's a lovely thing but I tend to use my Shergold Modulator.
