    I'm not saying that fender custom shops are not good mine sounds and plays fantastic but I think they could do a lot better relicing on the necks.

    I totally agree I have a fender custom shop jazz relic but my Bravewood basses are far more realistic when it comes to the relicing IMOP.

    If this bass was a real fender custom shop it would have a decal on the back of the headstock and the certificate would say Tony Franklin custom shop bass.
