I am and that does seem to be the case. It didn't used to be like this before though - they all used to come in as general Basschat notifications linked by the section of the forum it originated from not the member.

I've now replaced the torch in my gear bag (which my drummer had cause to use on Friday night when one of those wee foam discs from under his cymbals went awol) with a torch app on my phone. I still have the wee LED keyring as a backup though.

[/quote] I coulda done too but I wanted to see what would happen. And my finding are that there doesn't see to be any consistency with the notifications. From this thread alone I had a single notification containing 7 replies plus a further (say) 7 individual replies. The potential to be like it was before is there... it just doesn't happen every time.

Ok, I should add that (although this is probably still the IE8 compatibility issue) when I click "this topic" in search box (upper right) the pop-up comes up [b]underneath[/b] the "View New Content" and "Quick Nav" buttons thus obscuring the upper 2 options. While writing this in the quick reply box at the bottom, a post was added and I was redirected to some credit website and I had to type this up again.

A nice full inbox to wake up to this morning.
