I have a couple of handmade leather straps that are surplus to my requirements, so I thought I’d offer them for sale on here. I had them made by a guy who had a stand at the Birmingham music show a few years back and they were very expensive! However, due to a shoulder injury, I find the padded neoprene comfort strap type , preferable these days. First one is a black one, which adjusts from 46in (117cm) to a metal friendly 59” (150cm)! The other is a brown one, 44” (112cm) adjusts to 56” (143cm) I’m after £12 each, including postage.

See if This helps. There are loads of tutorials on the net, dunno if there's any good ones, but google "how to solder" and you should find something

Do you reckon something like this Non Slip Grip Mat from Maplins, would work? I've got one on my car dash, and it keeps all manner of junk from falling on the floor! Depends on the angle, I expect. Only a fiver and you can cut it to size -
Neeph.... I have mine on charge (I think) ornage light on but not switched on... deos it go out when the internal cell is fully charged? Thx.
When its fully charged, the orange light will go out, according to the manual. [Edit] I've just charged mine with the psp adapter, and that is indeed the case

Yay!! It works a treat! Cheers for your help, guys
What's your favourite feature on the unit?? Anybody got any good tips/tricks which they have come across too??
I bypass all the effects on mine and just use it to improve my lines on songs we record during rehearsals using a Zoom h2. This records to mp3 format, which I can upload to the Tascam via my PC. I find the slowdown facility useful to learn songs for dep gigs, and I use the metronome quite a bit Cheers Andy

Well, the DHA one doesn't do 5v, however, my lads PSP mains adapter seems to tick all the boxes. The tip fits but before I flick the switch I thought I'd run it by you folks and see if you can see a potential problem. Here's the Tascam (thanks Steve and here's the psp Watcha reckon?

Thanks, you guys, thats a great help. Its just occured to me that I've got a multi adapter that I use with my DHA compressor, I'll have to go and check if that goes down to 5v, and see what the polarity is!
I charge mine from my laptop via usb
yeah, I have to do mine via the PC, but I'm going to be working away from home quite a bit in the coming months, and I dont have a laptop, unfortunately

The recommended PS-P520 AC adapter seems a bit pricey to me, I was wondering if any other users out there have found a cheaper alternative? I'd be tempted to try a generic 5v adapter, but I cant find the mA rating in the specs. I have seen a plug that accepts a USB cable that claims to charge mp3 players etc, but I'm a bit sceptical, as one Amazon reviewer said the one he bought exploded!! !! Cheers Andy

Thanks, guys, you know a good deal when you see one i'm tempted to keep it, 'cos its so convenient for pub gigs and rehearsals, but in the interests of matrimonial harmony........
You haven't got a Nemesis NSP210 going at the same price, have you Andy?
Jack, if I had a 210, this probably wouldn't be up for sale!!

This is the now discontinued top of the range model, which is sort of half way between a bag and a hard case, you know the one, its got very sturdy sides and some sort of stand thing that I've never figured out. Big pockets, but imo let down a bit by fragile zips.No problem if you're careful. I've used it once then I got a new bass with a fitted case, so its been gathering dust. I am now trying to make some space so its up for grabs. If you come to Swindon, you can have it for £20
