    I don't understand why he doesn't resolve the issue with @EddieG. This would at least put an end to all the negative publicity that he gets from being discussed on forum such as ours and start to rebuild his reputation, if that is what he plans.

    Understandable that people are angry. Sounds like John is building basses to sell rather than meet his outstanding commitments. His name is mud here, I'd be doing everything I could to make sure others aren't getting burnt.

    I worked in Drug services for over 10 years. This is a sector where the funders are expecting "more for less" - workers carry a bigger caseload, doing more tasks, more reporting/ paperwork per client, per day and the employers are actually reducing the salary for new employees. No surprise then that staff retention is a facking joke.
