    So Nick was a friend to many BC members and his passing has left a hole with many of us. Obviously this also impacted on Nick's close family, in particular his sister, Ally, who is selling his gear but, as you would expect from a non bass player she is feeling overwhelmed....no knowledge of the value of any of Nick's gear or what it is. Ally has posted a general message inviting offers on Facebook. This post is meant to highlight the sale of Nick's gear, where it can be found (links to follow) and ask for help with valuing the gear. If you are interested in any of Nick's gear or able to help his sister, Ally, value his collection your contributions will be appreciated. Please PM me for now, I'm waiting for Ally to contact me. Please spread the word within the bass community.

    I can't believe that there has been so little interest in this. I'm not sure if this was the one I played at the SE Bash but I can honestly say that I was VERY impressed by the feel and tone. I wish that I could justify buying it... GLWTS

    I have the Squier 5er version...completely underestimated...lovely neck, well balanced, great tonal range. Ridiculous that they sell for so little...blame the hard-core P and J owners for driving the price down. GLWTS.
