    A friend of mine had a Sandberg 4 string which he really liked...he spoke very highly of its tonal qualities and its playability...but he still sold it!! Weight was an issue...what does this weigh???

    They come up for sale on sites like ebay occasionally...at 4.49 (£s or $s) its a good buy...You might get more info from the Charrington Bass Museum.

    I have trouble getting my head round this still being available....it used to be mine... @Jakester and I did a deal some time ago with a TRB1005J coming my way... Now anybody that has owned one of these knows how good they are - very playable, lovely neck, huge tonal range, quality hardware - if you are looking for a beautiful bass with those credentials this would be a wise purchase...

    Beautiful bass...and those of us that either own or have owned one of these know how versatile these are... Seriously underpriced IMO...a couple of years ago they were selling for £6-700....somebody is getting the bargain of the year... GLWTS
