1.
I never knew that! I'm shocked and disgusted!! http://www2.parcelforce.com/send-worldwide...ns/prohibitions It's right there but they don't tell you at the post office counter!! Appalling!!
I just had a look at the list of prohibited/excluded items - it's quite long isn't it?!!! When they wouldn't cough up for the damage to my bass the reason given was that it was not well enough packaged - no mention was made that the insurance excluded instruments....
 2. Yet again a well known parcel company manages to let me down. Give them a parcel for a fellow basschatter yesterday morning first thing on a 24 hour service - check the tracker 36 hours later and the parcel is only just showing as having left my local depot. Useless. Last time they had anything of mine was a bass they managed to dent they wouldn't cough up even though it was fully insured (after a couple of months of contacting them). Aaagggghhh! Just needed to vent.......
 3. Bump - I've now had chance to try it out properly and it works very well......
 4. I might be interested also - I'm not far away in Tewkesbury
 5.
I'm glad you finally managed to sell it. PJB gear is great and I'm constantly searching the for sale section for the stuff. I was suprised this hadn't sold sooner!
Cheers James. They are great bits of gear, not the loudest and not the cheapest but fantastic sounding. I guess folk are all feeling the pinch at the moment. Cheers J.
 6.
Would you ship? If buyer organises?
Hi. Yep - I'd ship the amp within the UK. Cheers J.
 7. Bought this by mistake a couple of weeks ago off the 'bay!!! Wanted a narrow one but didn't check the photos closely enough or ask......there's a lesson!! Anyway, it's an Ashdown ABM 300 Evo ii head in really good condition (no scratches, no tears in vinyl - just a couple of really minor nicks). I cleaned it up since I bought it (cleaned the pots / cleaned the case) and resprayed the corners so it looks really good now. [s]Haven't even had chance to turn it up since I bought it.[/s]. I have now had the chance to try it out through Ashdown 1x15 and 4x8 cabs and it definitely works well!!! Looking for £150 collected from Tewkesbury or trade for similar but narrow version Cheers J. P.S. I should add that this amp is 24" wide so is fine to sit on a 4x10 cab or similar. I've got a 4x8 cab which is only 19" wide hence wanting the narrow version of this amp.
 8. PM replied - still available at the moment.
 9. Cheers for the bump! Have one yourself for an excellent bit of kit! J.
 10. For sale is my Ashdown ABM 300 1x 15 combo. It is in fantastic condition - no rips, tears or scratches. Only a couple of really shallow dents in the grille that can only be seen from the right angle. I'm only selling as I have too much stuff that doesn't get used enough. It's a 2003 model manufactured in the UK - even got the manual for it. Asking for £[s]250[/s]220 collected from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire Cheers J. Also got an SWR 2 2 x 10 combo and a Phil Jones BG-150 for sale in other posts.....as I said, too much stuff!!
 11. I'd still be interested in the 1x15 cab too if that remains available. Cheers J.
 12.
Ashdown Tourbus 10 practice bass amp. This is an awesome little 10w amp, which is much louder than it should be for its small size. Has a headphone jack, MP3 input jack, EQ etc. Only used a few times, and am only selling due to having discovered Amplitube! [s]£55[/s] £50 posted. Pics on request, but is as new, used about twice at home only.
Hi, Could you let me know how much you would be asking for it for collected rather than posted please. Cheers J.
 13.
I have the same problem with those original knobs That's a great idea Gareth and I think it looks better with the new knobs!
I quite agree! Please could you let me know where you got them from?
 14.
How old is the amp and what is the price now?
Hi, I'm not honestly sure how old it is - there's no date stamp on it as far as I can see. I'm still looking for £375 or trades for it at the moment as it is in great condition. Cheers J.
 15.
gallien kruger 112s ?
Hi, Thanks also for the offer but I'm really looking for an Ashdown head, or similar, to got with some cabs I already have. Best Regards J.
