quimbymeat Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 (edited) Today/friday i recorded only with it and it sounded perfect and i did different takes for the gain stage and to give to Jeff so they can let peeps hear the meat but i need to send it back to get a pad switch on it as the output is mental and the bass knob is not working but apart from that it sounds like a valve amp. tayste_2000 Posted January 12, 2012 Author Share Posted January 12, 2012 The Tayste switch bypasses the front presence, bass and treble controls and switches it to a default trim pot setting inside the amp that I set at the factory. So basically my own preset in the amp, this means I always have the same tone, I can lend the amp out to people and they can mess with the controls but not affect my tone. In saying that, if you like to run a cranked amp with a bit of twang I could see this being great.
