GCYPbass Posted June 10 Posted June 10 John built a passive loom for my MTD Kingston. Fits and works great. Very helpful and informative communication throughout the whole process. Thanks John. 1 Quote

dodgnofski Posted July 12 Posted July 12 Yet another great Loom from John - fitted it in minutes, but then I thought there was a problem with one of the pots. Sent a ‘help’ PM to John to which he replied to quickly with his expert advice that from my description of the problem he’d sussed that one of the pickups was possibly out of phase, so a quick switch around of the wires & ‘Boomshanka’ - Thanks John, ‘Outstanding’👍 1 Quote
DM Plucker Posted July 16 Posted July 16 I picked up a cheap P bass recently and decided to put one of John's looms in it. John is a nice person to communicate with, is ready with advice, and he dispatched the loom promptly. The loom is great quality, came with clear instructions and has helped convert a cheap, fun bass into a proper usable instrument for not a lot of money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if needed. Cheers John. 1 Quote
jezzaboy Posted August 8 Posted August 8 John made me a lovely Jazz loom, a quality bit of kit as per usual and super fast delivery. Thanks! 1 Quote
Huge Hands Posted September 8 Posted September 8 John made me a passive Vol-Blend-Tone loom for my 5 string Precision build. Dead easy to install (even if John was super-fast in delivering it and you've lost the wiring diagram in the weeks it took for the pickups to arrive) and sounds great. Thanks again John! 1 Quote
Si-Fi Posted September 21 Posted September 21 Well I got me another quality P Bass loom off John. Easy, straightforward and great Comms as always. Cheers. 1 Quote

dodgnofski Posted October 17 Posted October 17 John made a loom for my P Bass and the difference in sound is amazing! In my humble opinion, swapping out the Loom for one of Johns is always the first port of call before investing in new pickups etc Just explain to him what sound you are looking for & John will recommend the right type of capacitor + they are so easy to fit being solder less, that even an old duffer like me can change the loom over in minutes. His excellent communication skills and quality of workmanship are superb. Thanks again John - ‘Mustard’👍 1 Quote
