Trace elliot twin valve 115 combo. 

 

What a beauty this is. 

 

Valve pre and 2 valve output rated at 115w.

 

Its LOUD. It's ALL VALVE. It's amazing. 

 

The gp7 preamp sounds wonderful, and it has a few things over similar all valve heads....

 

The mid shift button really add some punch and depth in a good way. However the comprehensive eq means you really can dial in any sound you like. From deep deep dub to harmonically rich all valve sound. 

 

It also has a speaker out for adding an extension cab (if your crazy enough to use one). 

 

This is in amazing condition. It's around 35 years old at a guess. I've given it a thorough clean and it just looks fantastic. 

 

So, why this over any other? Well, it's a combo. A very well matched one. It's loud. It's trace watts, but trace valve watts it has room to add another cab. It's probably the same weight as just another valve head will weigh in at, and it fits in your car very easily. And the entire combo is cheaper than similar heads on their own. 

 

No doubt at all it's a collectors item too. Very few around, and even fewer in this condition. I've had the ashdown ctm300, the Laney nexus 400 and bugera svt and this is far better than those. 

 

Its guts me to put this up for sale, but I've also my gp12 410 combo up for sale so it's a case of what sells first. Nso if you do want it (and why wouldn't you) you'll need to be quick. 

 

Collectors item. Unbelievable sound. Good price. You'll not get many chances to get one of these.

Its well worth the trip. All that green valvey goodness will make the journey worth it...

They really aren't that bad at all. The handles take most of the weight. Nice compact box shape so not a bad lift at all. A small trolley from b&q for £20 would save any lifting at all

Far more ergonomic than my SVT head, given the size and shape. And yes I never gig without my trolley anyway so the weight isn't such an issue
