Barefaced Three10 Teaser: Anybody Know More?

Always the way isn’t it, finding that what you had and moved on worked better than its replacement. To quote Neil from The Young Ones, if I had a penny for every time I’ve done that I’d have £5.63!

They have reversed the placement of the handle and  both sets of feet, so they are fixed on the opposite sides to where they used to place them. I don't understand why they would do this, as nobody is now able to mix older One10's with newer One10's, as I have tried here.

I am within my rights to ask for a refund, as it's just been delivered today, and I ordered it online through their website, so I have 14 days to ask for a refund and another 14 days to return it. I would also accept a replacement cab, but it's taken more than 10 weeks to get this one, I'm not sure i want to wait that long again!

What a bizarre decision! Is this reflected on the website/store in the description? Is it due to them making the active versions? I'd ask them for one like your old one, if possible, or sadly a refund.

After two and a half months waiting (ordered 1st November), my new One10 was delivered 30 minutes ago. To say I'm a bit gutted is an understatement.

New cab on top. Could you live with it? I can't, I've asked for a refund.

This has to be a mistake1!  I'd email Alex , explain what they've done and ask them to send you a cab that matches your current cab. IMO it's reasonable to expect newer models to match older models, unless they've highlighted any changes.

I've had a response to my email now. I'm not best pleased with it really, I've basically been blamed for not noticing that the handle and feet placement had changed in the pictures on their website, and if I'd wanted it to match an older style cab then I should have specified it, despite there being no option to specify it on the website. They have offered to collect this one, and make me one to match my existing cab though, but I don't know how long that is going to take, I've waited over 10 weeks for this one.

Humbug.
