Fender Japan Late 60s Jazz Bass **price drop now £900** - *SOLD* £1050 Brighton

Thinning the herd so this is up for sale. I bought this to replace a 78 jazz that I'd sold due to being a bit too heavy. It's so pretty that I'm scared to take it anywhere. I got a small ding in it (shown in pic) and wanted to cry. I don't want to keep something that I'm so precious about! Plays and sounds great. Nice combo of skinny fret wire but more modern flatter radius. No hardcase with this. Local pickup in Brighton preferred but I'll box it up for anyone who wants to arrange a courier. It will come with the white pickguard that it was sold with.

Not a tort fan... I'd go white pearl, to tie-in with the blocks.

I already have a Lake Placid blue MIJ 97 Fender Jazz but this is gorgeous and actually looks better then mine. Thankfully you are about as far away me as you can be and still be in England. 

 

Why somebody hasn't come along and taken this off you, I have no idea. I'd be checking what the kids are worth these days to raise some cash. I suppose you don't want to swap it for a stroppy 14 year old? Sadly we aren't allowed to apprentice them to chimney sweeps otherwise I'd have done that.

 

I'd hate to sell this guitar.
