Nail Soup Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 Thanks for the tip, Audacity is an important part of my musical tool kit....... ..... ... however I'll probablyĀ stick with version2 for the following reasons 1 - It already does the few simple tasks I needĀ š 2 - I didn't understand most of the terms in the linked article 𤣠1 Quote

Rich Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 I too will be sticking with 2.3.2. I canāt see that any of the new features will save me any time or effort. The labelling thing isnāt something I need, I have no problem with using the Silence Finder as it is.Ā Quote
pete.young Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Ii think 160 bugs fixed is a good argument. I guess the main compelling reason will be if you exchange files with other people and they upgrade to version 3.0, since the new file format isnt' backwards-compatible. Quote
BassLard Posted March 20, 2021 Posted March 20, 2021 Ok, thanks. I will give it a read. So far I“m rockin“ the 2.3.1 version and will check if the update improves something for me. Greetings! Quote
