I've been playing bass for 22 years now, I favour playing rock, punk, indie or motown but will play most things (not Oasis). I am a recent Jazz bass convert (within the last 12 months) having been a P Bass man most of my bass playing life. I have 2 Jazz basses; a buttercream Fender Player series, which I have modded, adding a Babiscz bridge a tortoiseshell pick guard, a superb playing and sounding instrument at any price, let alone for as cheap as these things are. I also have a Fender American Pro series in Black which is stock. I run these, pedal free, into a TC Electronic RH450 2x10 combo and a matching 1x12 cab, a superb rig that really can sound like an old SVT into an 8x10 if you want it to. I'd love to add some other basses to my collection at some point, a sunburst P bass, other J basses and top of the list at the moment is a Rickenbacker 4003. Take care!
