I am selling my Dingwall AB1 "Cadbury" bass. Incredible instrument, owned and gigged for over a year, a seemingly permanent switch back to four strings catalyst for sale, needing funds the other!

This bass has a few upgrades. Stunning Candy Purple finish, Wenge neck and aftermarket upgraded with Darkglass Tone Capsule Preamp and Series/Parallel switches by Noiseworks in Coventry to a very high standard (basically the unofficial UK Dingwall tech). This bass does it all, it is a superb instrument. In great condition, few surface scratches here and there and a couple of very small dings, but generally in really good nick.

Yeah priced her keen with a view to getting her sold for cash sooner rather than later. Had a couple of trade offers but its really not what I am looking to do here I'm afraid!

My old bass!

This thing is absolutely incredible and i can only imagine its even better with the Darkglass pre, i had the same job done by the same guy who fitted this one on another bass and his work is superb.

If i hadn't made the same switch back to 4's recently i'd be £1700 lighter right now.

Lots of interest, nothing concrete. You'll be waiting some time to grab one of these new, even Bass Direct are pretty much out of Dingwalls at the moment!

90% of interest so far has been trade offers. Please, I am not looking for a straight trade on this bass as I need to raise money. Any trade would either need to involve significant cash my way, or have a higher value than the Dingwall (so you may as well just sell it yourself and pay cash!).
