It's a cracking bass! I no longer have the need for a 5 or I would have considered getting it back.

Who ever buys this will be very happy!

Thanks Joe, yeah it's a fantastic instrument, easily on par with Fodera quality build!

Have a bump - please someone put my out of my agony and buy this. My partner has a one in, one out policy now. As in, one more bass in and she'll walk out.

I agree. It's torture seeing this bass up here.

I'm really surprised this hasn't sold - SCs and 5s aren't for everybody but I think this looks beautiful. The spec is amazing and the detailing looks just stunning. I wasn't sure about Shukers until I got hold of one on a whim - every aspect was truly superb - certainly as good as every other top-end UK bass I've played (and that really is a lot). I had a Fodera MG5 too (the obvious inspiration behind this Shuker) and can't imagine that Jon's creation would be inferior in any way. I wish I could engineer a need for this - I'd have absolutely no hesitation. In terms of value for money, to me at least this has to be one of BC's major bargains

Thanks for the kind words guys, I'm sure it will go to a good home, slow market or not, it's just waiting for the right player :)
It will be at the Herts Bass Bash in Hatfield this coming Sunday if anyone wants to check it out.

Cheers
Si
