Clarky Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) I ordered a chrome Fender bridge cover from this company on Monday and paid by Paypal. The item was shown as being in stock. Four days later, nothing in the post and no confirmation bar Paypal payment email. I checked the website today and the item is shown as out of stock so I emailed to see if the cover was on its way or - if not - to cancel order. I have received no reply. There is no telephone number or address on their website, they say get in contact via FaceBook (page no longer exists) or email only. Now the cost was not large (<£20) but its the principle that rankles. Does anyone know them? Maybe its a small family business and they have the flu or something? But a simple email to let me know whats going would be nice. I ordered on Monday a set of Gotoh vintage tuners for my Fender Jazz, and had asked that I needed to get them by Friday & was this possible? I note the site now says they are out of stock.
