Damaged Overwater

Looks like a pretty clean break and it has a nice gradient to the break so there is plenty to glue and attach to, is it worth a punt or is it a steer well clear job?

I have to say I am tempted

I have a local luthier who put a far more shallow angle headstock snap back on a Gretsch Duo jet for me a couple of years back, it is still solid as ever and even stays perfectly in tune so I am sure he could do this one but the Duo Jet was a neck break not a headstock so I am not sure if that would change things at all

I've got a headless system which I've been itching to put to use.....this may be just what it's been waiting for..
