Kev Posted July 4, 2013 Author Share Posted July 4, 2013 Okay, just strung the bass up with what i believe is a Daddario 130 B and it fits fine and actually the bass pulls off a pretty good B, no noticeable difference in tension from my last 5er (Warwck Streamer 34"). The string fits in the nut, not as snuggly as a smaller string but i dont feel modifications will be necessary. andybassdoyle Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 This is a mentally fab bass. Re the stringing I have a w&t 5 34 scale with exactly the same nut. It is designed for e-c but unless you are planning to use a mahoosive b string the nut accommodates b-g no probs at all. This might be different of course but I think it would be fine...
