BUT... i dont really want to drill more holes... the bass has the usual Fender bent piece metal on it.... can you recommend a bridge that will use the existing holes..? [/quote]in the past ive banged on that high mass bridges dont make that much difference, or was it string through, i cant remember? but i played a jazz the other week with a BA on it, and across the neck the tone was more consistent..
