kevbass
I've reported it. I know first hand what its like to receive a bass that's not as it was described. I hope it doesn't end up going to some disappointed kid who's spent all his money on it

There are plenty enough clues there to show that it's not real. I say tough poopin's to the fool that buys it. When did you report it? Looks like it might go to completion. 25 minutes to go. Ou7shined
I can never work out if it's shill bidding or not but I witnessed it go from 220 to 280 in 3 bids in a matter of minutes earlier.

bassmeg
If someone has bought this, idiot or not they have been stitched big time!! Ebay and the seller have had em over. I was not the only one who reported this stitchup, and ebay sent an automatic thanks but buggeroff reply. Also, i emailed the seller to say they should adjust the misleading pitch. Reply-"dont know much about these, and i have mentioned that". Not good enough scumbag!!! I have often wondered why people on here get so pissed with ebay. Eyes now open. How can you say you don't know much about something right after someone has given you some correct information about it? But as I said earlier the clues are there for a wary buyer. You don't even need specialist knowledge, just compare it against a picture of the real thing.

I have even heard of the buyer getting a full refund plus getting to keep the bass.

Stacker
anyone know how ebay react if you buy an item with that description and then put in a claim saying it's not what it says it is?
I have had this done to me, maliciously, by a winning bidder who refused to accept my stated freight terms and demanded that I use his courier of choice! He then, the day after auction-end, reported me to ebay for selling him a fake guitar, without him even having it in his posession! I knew immediately what he was up to and did not touch the money he'd sent via Paypal and, sure enough, a couple of days later, came the attempted chargeback. As I hadn't accepted the money, I just waited out the 30 days and didn't send him the guitar. However, I lost my insertion fee and the FVF, but rather that than him having the guitar AND getting his cash back, the c***t! That's the other end of the rope but basically, ebay/Paypal will ALWAYS find in favour of the buyer, initially. And if you get a chargeback and you've emptied your paypal account, tough: they will take the money out of the credit card assigned to that account! That's why I have a pre-paid card assigned to my paypal account, just in case of incidences portayed above.
