  1. Seems most likely explanation to me. I think the BSF was released in 2015 IIRC, so that might well be when the PCB was designed.
  2. Ah now I get it; soul food, they don’t want you to take it literally and eat it. How did I not see that before? Thanks for the warning EHX…
  3. Do not eat this Bass soul food. BTW, the binary has no ASCII value an Unicode is the French C with the squiggle underneath. The dec is 101914. whether that adds more information to the warning I don’t know. I have to find out so I can eat whatever it’s advising me not to.
  4. I have this it and it’s awesome. I liked it so much I bought the mini version to go under my pedal train mini.
  5. I had the pleasure to be the first person on BC to deal with Paddy. Bought a Panda Audio Future Impact synth pedal and the transaction went flawlessly. Deal with confidence.
  6. Luckily, the presets are decent and the app easily lets you put uploaded (and rated!) patches on the pedal for easy recall. want the Bruno Mars 24k magic sound? There are about 3 versions, you don’t even need to tweak any parameters.
  7. Really a superb synth and about as good as you can currently buy in a stomp box format. 6 presets available using switches in the unit itself. Download the desktop or mobile app to tweak them or download community created patches. Incredibly easy to use but about as tweakable as you’d ever want. Tracking is very good too. This is in “as new” condition, as far as I can see. Not a single mark on the pedal itself, all accessories present and still in their sealed bags (including rubber feet). £195 gets it delivered to your UK mainland address.
  8. Bought some TI Jazz flats from him. All Good 👍
  9. 3.6 from memory, is that about right? Think the previous owner updated it to the latest.
  10. Recently bought off basschat but not gelling with it for some reason. Suitable for both guitar and bass, this is an immensely rich analogue synth pedal. 99 presets available or hook it up to your computer with the included midi to USB cable and either create your own patches or download community created ones. Velcro on Bottom, no rubber feet. Has tiny chips on either side’s edges, as seen in pictures. £185 delivered to mainland UK. Only trade would be for another synth pedal, try me.
  11. Bought a Squier neck off me. All went well, thank you.
  12. Bought some flats off me. All good, thanks.
  13. At some point, I’ll redo that amp surround.
  14. Pointless Faux leather case with culturally insensitive depiction of Native American. inside is a delightful selection of just over 20 plectrums of varying thicknesses. Unwanted gift. I know; hard to believe right? Yours for the price of large letter postage, about £3 IIRC.
  15. These came off a 90’s MIJ Fernandes. They are for a 14mm hole. The are in the 2 over 2 under style and have lots of wear marks. However, they are excellent quality, turn smoothly and work perfectly. £15 delivered (uk mainland)
  16. In case anyone still follows this… 4 years on and still my gigging rig. Have replaced the amp with a GK MB 800, using the rack tray shown on a previous page. I sold my extension cab cos I never used it, this will handle the vast majority of gigs on its own even some outdoor gigs without going through the PA. I also usually have the bass part of the EQ turned down. I barely ever get the amp’s volume above 9-10 O’clock position. Especially as we all use in-ears now so can always hear myself without having to turn up and therefore start or participate in a ‘volume war’. it is still not the lightest at about 24kg total but the castors go a long way to help. I’d get bigger castors but the probably would fit in my car any more. If I were to replace it with anything, it would probably be a GK 1x15 or 12 combo but it would have to be substantially lighter. But I think we’d go completely ampless by that point. We’ve done that many times already on small gigs.
  17. Recently bought from here and used for a few hours. Decided I prefer chromes. Cut for a 4 in a line fender headstock with at least three winds. Silks in decent condition. £20 delivered to your UK mainland door.
  18. Recently bought this off of eBay. It had been taken off a new bass to be replaced with a fretless neck. Still has the plastic film on the Tuning heads. I bought it but I haven’t done anything with it so offered at the same price I bought it for. No marks or chips, anywhere other than at the heel where I’ve pointed this out. One slight issue is a little bit of thread left in the tuning peg, probably from the swing tag. does not affect turning at all. £150 delivered to your UK mainland door.
  19. If the battery is till OK, I'll take this. I just need a web browser to control my monitor mix. We've got one of those fancy mixers that let each of us in the band do that. EDIT: Just seen that PaulThePlug has offered to take it, so will naturally get to the back of the queue. About a decade ago, I had to finally gave up on Linux advocate / evangelist. I just lost my faith that it would ever be desktop ready. One guy at work still holds the faith, good for him.
