1. I sold Mick my GB Spitfire Prototype quite a few months back and the deal went flawlessly with good regular communication throughout. Would happily recommend to any one. Thanks Mick. Josh.
2.
Doddy, the start of the vid yes, but im sure you missed the groove at 7.16...this is super groove playing... give the vid time.... tell me thats a weak groove.. !!?? anything but.. this is one of the best groove players in the world....sheeeesh..
Andrew, your opinion is not fact. I've seen this video many times and whilst there are small parts that catch my attention it generally fails to give me any buzz as opposed to the other countless Gospel Bassist videos out there. Each to their own and all that but if your going to post something like this well then be ready for when someone doesn't quite perceive a groove the same as you.
3. No interest as of late, so it's very much still up for grabs. Bump.
4. It's simply down to playing on a soloed bridge pick up with the correct approach and adequate E.Q. The most agreeable example of the Jazz growl is almost everything Jaco played on: Who's got the better growl is purely down to personal preference, but as for a guide to what the Jazz bass growl is I think most of us would agree Jaco is the best place to start.
5. Still no solid offers yet. And I really need to shift this before next week ideally. Bump.
6. This bit of kit hasn't been seeing any real use for a good while since I've gone back to cabs with wheels, so as such I'd rather someone else make use out of it. Here's what the Auralex website has to say about it: The Great Gramma (Gig and Recording, Amp and Monitor, Modulation Attenuator) is an incredibly effective patented device that's used to float an amp or loudspeaker. This riser yields nearly total acoustic isolation, resulting in a purity of tone that has to be heard to be believed. The Great GRAMMA is almost 30% bigger to float large speaker cabinets. I've been asked about this before and I will say that the buzz around these pieces of kit are well justified. Pics: I've had this for just over a year and the condition is still very good, just could do with a little hoover but other than that it's the same as it was when I first took it out of the box. Price: £50 delivered. Any other questions just ask . Josh.
7. As of late, this bass has been seeing less and less use as it's a back up to my Streamer, nonetheless this is a great bass and as such I think someone else will benefit from owning it. First things first, the only issue with this bass is it's aesthetic condition. I bought this recently from Jon Kemo in the condition it's in, and it was in the same condition when he bought it from it's original owner who has obviously thrown this bass around a fair bit. There are quite a few surface scratches and noticeable dings on both the front and back and the side of the bass, a minor scrape in the neck, but none of them at all affect the playability of this bass, IMO they give the bass character. The electronics and hardware are all still up to scratch and work perfectly. I've tried my best to highlight these dings and scratches, in the flesh they are noticeable but they are not severe enough to draw any attention to them: Despite all of that, I've really enjoyed having this bass around, it is stupidly light for a bass, and has been used on my bands recent recording(The Gutter Never Looked So good) which can be heard here!. Here are the specs directly from the Spector site: • Original Spector NS curved body style • Original Spector deep inset bolt-on neck pocket design • Neck: Bolt-On Graphite Rod Reinforced 3pc Maple • Fingerboard: 24 Fret, Rosewood, mother of pearl Spector inlays • Scale Length: 34" • Body: Alder, with FM top. • Black Hardware: Spector Aluminum Locking Bridge • Pickups: EMG 35HZ passive dual coil pickups • Active Tone Controls: Spector TonePump™ boost only active bass and treble. Sold mine to a nice guy called Ian. 2 happy sellers and 2 equally happy soon to be Stingray owners!

12.
phone mick he's still interested 07838134894
Sorry man plans have severely changed and I'd say within the next 10 or 20 minutes this bass will be sold, it's purely on the basis that my account has a grand total of £53 in it and our label and management want their advance pay of £350 today or we get dropped. I'll personally ring Mick and apologise.
13. Urgently need the money fast, Non-Bass related circumstances. So anyone who can pay me £550 today, it's theirs.
14. After a change of circumstances this bass is now up for sale as well. £650 Posted. £625 Collected.
15.
hi how much would you want for a cash deal? any idea how much bigger the neck is than a 4 string?
Afraid I'm not looking for a cash deal on this one, I'd guess it's a little bigger but not too much.
16. Just to say that even though Bill is not all that much of a regular on here, I've dealt with him a couple of times and have also had the chance to play through this rig a good few times as wll. I can vouch for the condition and that Bill is a great guy and fantastic bassist.
17.
I'm guessing you have no interest in trading for an Eden WT550 ?
Afraid I'm not after any amp trades at all man. Thanks though.
18. Have a full GK set up, love it and has been my longest standing rig to date. Recorded with it for the first time last week and it reinforced the reason to why I still have this rig.
19.
only phone photos for the minute. i can get camera pictures if you'd like
I like the look of that man, would you be able to get some camera photos soon please? Thanks Currrls.
