Matt [/quote] +1 Wise words that man.... i had to trim about 4 coils off one of my Streamer springs to achieve the correct intonation on the B. Make sure you have a couple of replacement springs knocking around in case you get carried away with the cutters LOL.

I have been tuning my Warwicks and Spectors ADGC for the last 3/4 years. I settled on using D'Addario XL 5 string packs - 45 - 135 (obviously i discard the 0.45). I had to adjust string height, intonation and neck relief. Depending on which tuning you are using you may experience more rattle and clank than most people can live with. It's all about finding a happy medium twixt string and neck tension....took me bloody months to be honest to get a set up im happy with!!

If im giving it full beans and getting "down wiv da' kids" then i make about 4/5 subtle mistakes in an hours worth of set. Standing around like a coat stand ain't my thing but if it was and i made the same amount of mistakes i would consider taking up the triangle!

Not wishing to offend any other members, but i despise..... Wals Burns JD's Adam Clayton reverse Warwick Stryker....(just plain stupid!!) Warwick Thumbs..because they look like a coconut on a stick. Washburn Taurus 80's Westones Gibson Ripper Ovation Magnum Single cuts. All of the above and more....

Purchased one of Gary's many Spector's (a 2001 NS-2 CRFM to be exact). Thoroughly decent chap to deal with, great comms, bass as described no fuss or hoohar. Would definatley recommend any future dealings with Gary.... Cheers, Mark
