  2. Sibelius you can save as PDF, midi, wav, mp3 ( as it has built in sounds to play you r scores back) as well as a few more different ones. But i have old version and want to upgrade however i feel its a bit of a rip off and a free scoring software would be fine i think as i only use it for transcribing exercises rather

  8. any of you guys with expensive gear have this? I am considering getting my gear insured as i will shortly be morving to london and doing alot of traveling on public transport with my basses and will not be living in the most 'crime free' area. Anybody have suggestions of companies to use or methods of insurance, for example at home will it be cheaper to declare the expensive items to my contents insurer or get them covered seperatly by an insutrment insurer? I have found it quite hard to get a quote and cant really tell if i can get a group of instruments / gear (heads / cabs / stuido monitors etc) insured or if these instrument insurers only do indiviual items. I wanna hear how other people deal with this issue

  13. anyone up for a collaboration (if that's allowed in the rules)? I need vocals for my piece (i think) and cannot sing a note...... or have a microphone (thank god then i would be tempted to try)
  14. I have thought about getting one of these pedals before.... but my i am quite concerned about it adding noise to my sound. Does it have a true bypass when switched of but stil plugged in? if that makes sense.
