1. Sonic blue is to die for. Incredibly jealous of this guitar
2. Rich is right, there's no need to jump down OP's throat for asking for help. However, you've mentioned the tracks are fairly simple? Maybe sit down if you have some time, with your bass, and just listen to the tracks, with one headphone out. You can work out the root note from there, and work out the rest of the chords. Just a suggestion
3. Primus? Couldn't name names as its been a while, although i think Frizzle Fry uses one. Or this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oP2oDer5mmk at the 2:44 mark. It's an epic song with an epic bassline
4. Bought Steve's VMJ. Top bloke to deal with, met my friend in London to exchange and even lent me the gig bag as it was raining so hard. Again top bloke, great comms and loving my new jazz bass
5. Is it possible to change the tube type in this pedal? I'm not happy with its current sound and wondered if there was any chance of putting a different tube in it? If I can, which one? I want a crunchy distortion sound Cheers
6. Ampeg SVT-3 and a nice Aguilar 2x12 in boss tweed Twice. Double rigged dirty and clean, would be heaven.
7. I might be wrong but I believe Si A/B'd one of these with an ODB-3 and this came out on top, sounding less harsh and richer than the bass specific pedal
8. Thats a ridiculous price for a very nice bass

12. The switch is an L style toggle. Thats an awesome idea, maybe if thats the case add a little bit of solder to the loose contact?
13. The pickup selector on my Jazzmaster has been playing up for quite a while now, it works fine on the neck pickup, but switching to the bridge does nothing. If I tap the volume pot quite hard, it'll work, but if I switch again it's bust. I'be taken the pickguard off and there's no dry joints or loose wires. Problem is there's so much wiring I'm having trouble where too look Anyone have any advice/similar experiences? Thanks gents Will

16. Why not just buy two 2x12/2x10 cabs, and case them together? Portable and you can run 2 heads into them
17.
He does quote various lengths, you never know he might have one to suit
I guess it wouldn't be too hard to mod

19. Hi, I'm an experienced bassist looking for either a covers or originals band, or a mix of both. Musical styles I've been involved in in the past include rock, metal, funk, hip hop, reggae, dub and some pop for fun . Based in Petworth/Midhurst, but have own transport. Have all my own gear, main gigging bass is a Musicman Stingray, into an Eden Nemesis combo. Also have pedals if thats a must. Really open to anything, I just miss playing PM me on here! Thanks Will
