Me too.... agree with your comments. Always regretted selling my Groove 5er (madness) but still have a fretless (the last "real" Groove out of the factory, wooden neck as opposed to the three which followed with graphite necks) and now have a Shark 5er which I love too. They are both so... playable. Fantastic basses

Yep, spot on. But (IMHO) they sound sweeter and play better than Stringrays.
