The 70s were great. I was born in 1960 so Glam Rock was my intro to music and punk was my later teenage years. I got to see lots of great bands (Thin Lizzy, Sabbath, Quo etc) - a great, carefree time to be a teenager.

I agree wholeheartedly with 2 & 3.

All 10 of us had a great time, dressing up, having fun, eating a lovely meal (thanks MrsB) and drinking too much beer/ wine. Not to mention the Friday evening in the pub and the Sunday morning walk round the lake. The music was incidental to being with old friends and enjoying life. The music's rubbish - the atmosphere is brill. There's an off button for those who'd rather watch their cat.

'Fraid not. But on my amp there's a 6dB pad to 'tame' active basses, so I don't think the buffer makes any difference, it's still 'just' an output signal that needs attenuating.

I used hot glue - the glue gun and sticks jobbie. Filled the gaps but is undo-able.
