And you live in London - all the country's best bass shops are in your city. You should listen to recommendations to help narrow down your search and clue you up as to reliability problems but you can't decide which sounds best to you without hearing it first. That's why noone will want to give you any advice on which amp to get.

That's great. I know I'd have to wait my turn until you've run through a few more of the basics but I'd love to read a section on reharmonization and specifically some of the most common chord substitutions.

The only two bass amp manufactured wedges I've heard of are the Eden and the GK. I saw that BFM has one which is designed to accomodate bass frequencies.
