I'd have to agree with camcorder recording. Check out the videos on our youtube page - the sound was recorded through the internal mic on a MiniDV cam. I even lifted the audio from one clip and stuck it on our myspace page as a live track (Snake) - sounds pretty decent to my ears.

I'd have to agree with that.

If you've got spots on the valves, it sounds like they could be running too hot. Solution: take it to a tech and get it rebiased (as suggested above).

My guitarist just told me about them. They were supporting High On Fire at Underworld. He said they were pretty good.

I've heard rumours of a new album. The trouble with the Cream reunion was that it wasn't as good as them in their youth 'cos they've all moved on as musicians. If they were to play some new material, then I think they could match the level they were at in the '60s. With The Police reunion I think Sting has taken note of that and that's why they've spent a lot of time on new arrangements of the classic songs. (And everyone knows the trio of greatest trios is: Cream, Band of Gypsies (ie. Hendrix/Cox/Mitchell), and The Police. Doesn't mean any of the others weren't also great: BBA, Lifetime, The Jam etc.)

James Brown is hard to do well.

Snarlin' Dogs Bootzilla (which I've tried out twice - raw) A third option, if you already have a Crybaby and don't like it, is the Red Lion upgrade kit from [url="http://www.roger-mayer.co.uk/wah2.htm"]Roger Mayer[/url] (who designed, built and tweaked some of Jimi's effects).

If the problem is caused by your wrist resting against the edge of the bass, then see if you can alter your technique so that your wrist doesn't make contact with it anymore.

I have heard of some people not getting charged when they've been expecting a large bill and other people getting charged when they've worked out that they shouldn't. On the other hand there are people like me who somehow always get charged when they're supposed to and never get charged when they're not supposed to.
