Good spot. For my thoughts, I still reckon you'd find yourself running out of room on the neck - sure, you could get the conversion done; but could you still play it? Hipshot were looking at c.$230, and that's s good deposit on a dedicated five, to my mind.

Ditto, I've saved it! This will be very useful, for me and others. My only comment would be to change the scale length, but I think that's been echoed above. Would also make the leap to iPhone, methinks.

Johnston, if you look at Lorne's pictures you'll note a number of Bich basses there. Pretty sure Lorne could point you in the right direction if you were actively seeking one.
