1. I've recently bought a multiwave bass distortion which has made all of these pedals somewhat redundant. [s]Sansamp Programmable bass driver I've had this for a few weeks but it's just not right for me so now up for grabs, boxed and in good condition. £130 to your door and a fiver off if you collect. [/s] PBDDI sold pending the usual Boss ODB3 Bought this from Bottle here: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=112242&hl= The pedal sometimes has an issue if it gets knocked whilst not on a board (see Bottles thread above) but it has been fine for me. No box. Great for a cheap fuzz pedal. £20 to your door or £15 collected Ibanez SB7 Had this for a while to do some basic fuzzy synth sounds also a pretty good auto wah. It's been well used but functions perfectly, no box. £35 posted Pictures to follow.
2. Pm'd
3. Any chance of posting this?
4. I would guess he just uses bass>valve amp, think he uses Ampeg or Mesa's live. Unless you can point to a specific sound somewhere?
5. On hold, pending payment
6. All PMs replied to, still available.
7. I tried the combustion last year and ended up getting an abz instead. The combustion was ok but the abz was the much better bass for not much more cash, I would recommend you try them both if you can. I've had my abz for about 10 months and it's pretty much the only bass I use now, can't fault it in any way.
8. Musicman Stingray 4 HH in honey burst I've had this bass from new, it's about 2-3 years old (still have the original receipt somewhere) but I'm hardly using it now as I favour my 5 string for most gigs. It's in really good condition despite having been gigged a fair bit, there may be an odd tiny ding or scratch but nothing bad. It even still has the plastic covering and barcode sticker on the back. I've added a black D-tuner but still have the original chrome machine head, but I like the look of one odd one really, it will also come with a set of regular Dr low riders (the orange ones are going on something else) and the original hard case. Price: £750 Trades - some kind of jazz, squier, fender, lakaland etc with cash adjustment either way depending what it is. Pictures:
9. We usually play 3 x 45 minutes but occasionally do 2 x 1hr, think maybe we are playing a bit too long
10. Big Muff sold, pending payment New pics up and I have found replacements for the missing buttons.
11.
I'm tempted to own another m80, sold it in favour of the programmable sansamp which I could never get on with! Great pedals, the colour switch (providing it does still work) is a wicked piece of tonal weaponry! Best of luck with the sale.
Thanks, The colour switch and phantom/ground both work properly, you can still push the buttons with a fingernail etc its only the very top of the button that is missing. Also the white button in the noise gate position can be popped off and placed in either of the other positions, it locates securely so won't drop off.
12. Withdrawn for now, pending the arrival of replacement parts from Jim Dunlop... Couple of old pedals I no longer use/need. MXR M80 DI + I'm using a sansamp now so this is surplus. Few years old but in good working order. Did have a couple of the white buttons missing but I have found some replacements (although they are a bit smaller and red). The clip on the battery cover has broken so it has some tape on the back (the cover will stay on by itself but isn't very secure with a battery in it). No box but will be well package if you want it delivered. £65 plus postage Russian Big Muff Pi (black/yellow) Found this in the bottom of a drawer, battery cover is missing, the case is a bit scratched but nothing too bad, some of the lettering has worn off. It has had the battery wire reattached at some point, I was going to mod it for a 9v adapter but never got round to it. Works perfectly though. I might have the original wooden box somewhere but for now it's without the box. Sold pending payment Be interested in a trade for anything interesting.
13. Bought a pedal off of Russ, very smooth transaction. Cheers.
14.
Or get a Sansamp.
+1 Sansamp Bddi or VT will give you the sound you're after without a pickup upgrade.
15. Had these on my Stingray for about 3 months but I've decided to go back to rounds as flats just don't work for me. They are in good condition having only been on the bass for a few months and they haven't been cut as far as i rember (i will check though). £15 posted
16. Not sure how accurate this is but it's tabbed for a 4 string and tuned to E. http://www.911tabs.com/link/?6643940 You will need guitar pro (or tux guitar if you don't have guitar pro http://tuxguitar.herac.com.ar/) to see the file.
17. Some of the led strips that go under cars are pretty much the same thing, they're only a couple of quid each on eBay.
18. I'm sure maplins sell them, they def have daisy chain versions.
19.
Not to sure if you want new only or second hand. For that kind of money you can get second hand G&L tribute. I've seen recently one L-2000 for sale on forum.
+1 The L2000 tribute is really good and comes with a jazz or P size neck i believe.
20. Now back up for sale.
21. It has been mentioned already a couple of times but either Sansamp pedal will do the exact sound you're after and you won't have to shell out for a whole new rig. If you really want a change the the GK 700rb might be worth putting on the list as well as the others that have been mentioned.
