1.
No idea. Mine hasn't done that. It does take a second for the light to come on when you flick on the power switch (just long enough for you to think wtf!) but no flashing
Thanks Norris, it only happened the first time, since then its been fine. However I bought this "new" from a shop and I wonder if this might be an indicator caused by mis-use in the showroom? Great sounding practice amp, but I think I will swap it for an actual new model, don't want to risk any further problems!
2. I bought a rumble v3 100, delivered today. When I plugged the combo in, which was already turned on, the power light and overdrive light flashed on and off multiple times and there was no power. This happened multiple times, I then left it for 5 minutes and eventually the combo powered up. Not happened again, any idea what the flashing lights mean?
3. No problem Tom, thanks for the interest. My rumblekat is for sale elsewhere, I am hoping that sells first so I can keep this!
4. new to keys, so I took a bit of a punt. Figured it could work as drum machine and for synth effects, but it of course does so much more. Will give it a go in a few weeks when not feeling so rough. Any tips or resources for getting to grips with it? If it's too much to comprehend it will be coming to a marketplace near you soon! :-D
5. I purchased a Roland JDXI a few weeks back, this could be useful, can even use your guitar to trigger the synths. Not had much of a chance to use it due to illness, hope to change that in the coming weeks.
6. Also, I have been pm' regards cost of delivery, if required would add £15 to price to cover it
7. I need to check this thread more often, it's been rather busy in my absence. I will weight the bass and take another pic for you Tom.
8. Thanks for the wood information, sounds quite exotic!
9. Hector bought my Zoom H4N. He made it a really easy transaction, quick to pay and quick to tell me the unit arrived safely. Happy to deal with Hector again.
10. Gary bought my pocket synth from me, easy guy to deal with, payment received promptly and let me know that it had arrived safely. Cheers
11. Selling my little used H4nSP recorder, bought a couple of months ago, used for one rehearsal and not used since. Only reason it hasn't been used is that I haven't had a rehearsal since and it doesn't look like there will be another one anytime soon, "band" has fragmented! Its a four track recorder, with onboard effects and can act as an audio interface, great quality recordings, but for my needs, playing with myself (ooerr), I can make do with my phone recorder. The recorder is in excellent condition, its boxed with all paperwork, box, protective case and batteries. Barely used, like new, so £125 delivered.
12. Selling my Pocket Synth, the PO12 from Teenage Engineering. Got it a couple of months back when they first came out, got it to act as a drum machine for me to play along to, now replaced by a Roland JDXI, so not being used.

Innovative pocket drum synthesizer
16 punch-in effects including delay, filters, stutter and bit-crusher
Built in 16-step sequencer for beat creation on the fly
Jam sync connectivity with other units to make powerful tracks
Unique animated LCD display
Ability to chain 16 patterns together for complex beat creation
Built in clock and alarm function
Designed in collaboration with cheap monday
2 years standby time on 2 x AAA batteries
Demo video here: https://youtu.be/ssT4YVTNAQ4 Comes complete with original packaging, which is perforated, so cannot be resealed, but contains useful information, quick start guide on using the unit, also contains the paper instructions and batteries. Price is £29 delivered. Thanks Mike
13. When I had the 550 I ran it with two Ashdown Mi12's, great rig, light and loud.
14. Did you ever hear back from Ashdown?
15. Selling my THR10 it is a great practice amp, I bought it a month ago when I was in between amplification. This is a great practice amp I have owned one before and would own one again, but my new incoming rig has the aux in and headphone out so this is no longer needed. This is a great combo, it acts as a audio interface, can be used as a practice amp for guitar's as well as basses. It has an onboard tuner as well as onboard effects. it also has Aux in with separate level control and most importantly of all the front grill glows orange to impersonate a valve style glow. There are lots of presets set up out of the box, the bass presets are Bass Basic, Rock Bass, Slap Bass and Bass Drive. MusicRadar gave it a positive review here. It has had very little use, only used it for about 4 weeks, it has the box and all manuals included. Price is £167 delivered
16. Cheers Billy, I know that there are options, but it would surely be expected that a business would cover damage in transit. I wouldn't get away with that on eBay or in the for sale section here.
17. Cannot sleep, looking the GBBL website and found this on their terms and conditions page: "Basses not shipped in a hardcase are at the customer's risk as they cannot be insured under our courier's standard terms and conditions." So, if you buy a bass from them and it is in pieces on arrival, you the customer have to pay to repair it? Poor.
