  1. It's not a Legend. I can't remember the model name, but it's the same shape as the NS2000 Q4, but without the EMGs.
  2. If it's only between these two basses, there's your answer.
  3. I haven't posted on TB for a long time, but it's a valuable resource. My favourite TB-related activity at the moment is noticing just how many members have BANNED under their usernames. Seriously, so many have it! What do you have to do to get yourself banned?
  4. I thought it was her!
  5. I didn't think Fender Japan was a thing anymore!
  6. Looks great but I wish it had the droopy control panel like the Jag guitars. The standar Jazz one isn't quite as graceful on this design. Wouldn't stop me playing one though!
  7. Very interested in some of these if you decide to split...
  8. Listen to Gates of Delirium...
  9. And once again, Squier are releasing the Fenders we want.
  10. Release, Release I reckon.
  11. It even says 'authentic' on the scratchplate.
  12. I think the new shape actually suits the whole Dingwall vibe a bit better than the original.
  13. I've just received Tony's Bass Synth Wah. All boxes ticked - great comms, good packing and quick delivery. Happy times!
  14. ... due to circumstances beyond their control. Gibson by any chance? It's been replaced by a tweaked model. https://dingwallguitars.com/d-series
  15. Why "don't do it"?
  16. Ibanez have done something similar I think. Not sure about G&L.
  17. Do Sire make version of the Bass VI?
  18. I owned a Squier Bass VI briefly. A great little bass but the nut seemed to be made of nougat so that needed replacing. The stock strings are a bit nasty but that's to be expected. A lot of people say the bridge isn't up to the job and deserves an upgrade to the Staytrem.
  19. Probably an NS 2000/5. They're almost always listed as Legends in ads. I think they are better than Legends so there are sometimes bargains to be found!
  20. I would hazard a guess that it isn't a Legend.
  21. Excellent! I can't wait to hear it with the Gibson. I expect it will be wonderful.
  22. I think it was his signature model... Edit: after looking at the SG website, maybe not.
  23. I am now the proud owner of Charlie's Green Russian Muff, and I can honestly say I've never had a bigger bottom. Pedal just as described and very well packed. Cheers Charlie!
