1. Bump, £150, last offer before egay.
2. Me again, how do they differ from a Fender Jazz? Is it the sound or build quality or maybe the playability? Damn it I wasn't going to buy any more bass's
3. Tom bought my Jazz bass, paid immediately, is a great communicator and I would highly recommend as a trading partner. Tom1946
4. Thanks, it's a very smooth player.
5. Wontcha post it Jim?
6. Hi, I've had a go in the house and they are quite loud. About what I'd expect. With 2 15" speakers they certainly rattle the glass in our sideboard unit. My wife wasn't impressed but she doesn't understand bass's I would guess they weigh around 28k each, which for a 63 year old with health problems is a lot. If you're Geoff Capes then one in each hand. hope that helps.
7. Before I start, I live in GUISBOROUGH which is about 9 miles east of MIDDLESBROUGH. (Where I think I'm the only person that plays bass ) These were taken as part of a bigger trade and as I have quite a few amps I don't need these. The C115-200 I think is a 200 watt combo. I don't know the full spec because I can't find anything about it? You can see all the switches and knobs in the pictures and you'll probably have more idea than I have. The cab is an 8 ohm, 250 Mag with a Blueline speaker which is connected by quarter Jack & speakon cable (not supplied) These are very heavy, so collection from above is very advisable. I have no idea what they are worth so I'll guess at £175 for both. Thanks for looking. (Yes I know the cab is upside down)
8. This is a fretless Curbo with the following spec: Overview Designed and developed in collaboration with Greg Curbow, the Cort Curbow 4FL fretless 4-string bass features a resonant Luthite body with a fretless ebonol fingerboard on a 3-piece maple neck. Ebonol is a composite material and contribules to the Curbow 4 distinctive bright tone. Highly reliable for gigging or in the studio. Electrics provided by a single Bartolini active MK-1 pickup. The Bartolini EQ features Master Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Slap switches. CORT CURBOW 4FL FRETLESS 4-STRING BASS GUITAR FEATURES CONSTRUCTION: Bolt-on. BODY: Luthite. NECK: Maple 3pc, Modern 'C' Shape. NECK WIDTH: 1F : 40mm / 24F : 62mm. NECK THICKNESS: 1F:20.5mm, 12F:22mm. FINGERBOARD: Ebonol, 15 3/4" Radius(400mm). FRET: Fretless. TUNER: Die cast. SCALE: 34" (864mm). NUT: Graphite Black. BRIDGE: EB10(4). PICKUP: Bartolini AMK1-4/F. CONTROLS: Bartolini MK-2 EQ / 1V,3-band, slap S/W. HARDWARE: Platinum. UNIQUE FEATURE: Greg Curbow Design Head Volute. STRINGS: 105-045. COLOUR: MIC Mystic Ice Crazer. This one is the ice crazer, Can't believe how light and easy to use this is. It has some VERY light marks on the Ebonol fretboard from the roundwound A & E strings but is mint otherwise. Looking for £275 with a gigbag and free carriage. Thanks for looking.
9. Final bump then it's back in the cupboard Can't understand why it's still here, very cheap for what it is. Oh well.
10. Sorry, yes I bought the LP and my USA Tele was a part-ex.

12. Ev'ry mornin' at the mine you could see him arrive stood 6'6 weighed 245 (How the hell did they know how much he weighed? ) Biiiiiiiiiiig Jon
13. Sadly it's gone, I've bought this and lost my Tele.
14. I have no idea what the strings are, sorry. Merello, how many are we talking about?
15. All yours my friend Tom.
16. Don't worry about it, I have had a load of PM's re-this and I can't reply to them all quickly so I'll put answers on here: It's a Mex, it will have a gigbag and as anyone who has dealt with me will know it will be very securely packed. Merello, PM'd
17. Bump, still here Lance
18. Hi again, anothe Jazz bass in black with a gorgeous maple neck. There are 2 small marks on the upper body that I have tried to photograph. Nothing too bad and it doesn't detract from the apprearance. Frets are unworn, and it's one of those bass's that is much louder than others that, I have Don't know why but you know how you get a car that runs better than another identical one. Would like £320 for this delivered. Thanks for looking.
19. Lost interest now, good luck with your sale.
20. Hi Joe, yes, it was on my MIM Jazz.
21. Trouble is we don't know what we're looking at? Presumably you don't want to see what you'd be swapping for?
22. Cheers for that.
23. Does anyone know what size allen key fits the badass 2 please? I have about 60 and none of them fit. It IS allen I suppose? My eyesight isn't brilliant close up. Thanks
24. Hi Pete, yes it does, It's too much for me being old. I bought it not understanding the subtlties of tone and TBH a Precision has as much tone as I probably need. I came to bass from being a lifelong 12 string guitar player and the culture shock was big. I thought that if I had all these controls I'd find something I liked but it didn't work like that because I'm not good enough to appreciate the finer points of bass playing. This is no reflection on the Varitone. Regards, Tom.
