  1. I'm selling my 8 string Shine bass because having tried it I'm not comfortable with it as I use my fingers to play and these seem to need a pick to get the sound right. Thru-Neck Maple w/ Walnut Line Body Hard Maple Neck Die Cast Tuners 2MMB Pickups BB-208 Bridge Nickel Hardware 2-Band EQ Fine sounding bass in superb condition complete with a good gigbag. Looking for £220 and free carriage.
  2. Bought from Artisan about 6 weeks ago and as then, it is still in pristine unmarked condition. I really thought that having short arms, this would be ideal but I can't get used to it having played Fenders so it'll need a new home. (Few words stolen from the original advert) finished in "Heritage Cherry" high gloss, trapezoid position markers, pearloid crown inlay & Gibson logo. it's a short scale bass with a 30.5 inch scale. it sounds awesome for blues, jazz, country, classic rock or most styles-just not funk. condition wise it is as new i.e. mint still with the original strings fitted (which are fine btw),infact it smells of the nitro cellulose laquer that Gibson painted it in. I'm looking for £620 ovno + carriage free.
  3. Bump. I'm using one of these in our (quite big) church at the moment and it's easily loud enough.
