  1. Just bought a wiz pickup from Mr Clark, great deal, excellent comms, pickup arrived safely and is fitted and working perfectly. Thanks very much again. Deal with confidence! Tom.
  2. Andy from wiz just rang so sorted thanks.
  3. Hi, just a quick question, just bought a wizard thumper off here and I'm not sure if they are 'handed' if that's the right word? Is there a treble and a bass end or doesn't it matter? They look the same. Thanks.
  4. As title, 250 watt Hartke head, as new, for some reason I have 2 of these. I bought the second one thinking it was a 350 w but when it arrived it err wasn't, stupid mistake on my part. With 250 watts of available power, the HA2500 will drive your small to mid-sized bass rig with incredible clarity and punch. The HA2500 features the new Hartke silver face chassis and includes a selectable passive or active input, tube emulation and solid-state pre-amps, variable compression, a 10-band graphic EQ and high/low frequency contour control. Power: 250 Watts at 4 Ohms, 180 Watts at 8 Ohms Tube Emulation & Solid-State Preamps Active and Passive Inputs Rotary Bass & Treble Contour Controls 10-Band Graphic EQ Adjustable Compression. I use mine through an 8 ohm marshall cab and it's very loud in our church. In immaculate condition with box and bit's and pieces that come with them. They're about £270 on the net, I'd like £150 delivered next day.
  5. Need this gone now, so £175, bargin of the week. Can ship for £20.

Hi, here for sale is my Cort GB94, this is one of the best basses that Cort make in my opinion. Hugely underrated with a lightweight Swamp Ash Body. It is in as new condition with no marks, dings or fretwear. About 1 year old. Good gigbag included. Flagship GB Series 4-String Cort GB94 bass guitar. With active electronics, Bassline pickups and selectable mid-range switch, the GB adds both power & versatility to a Jazz tone. Featuring Hipshot Lic. Tuners, Duncan-Designed BEQ-3, Slap Switch and Neutrik Locking Output Jacks, superb!**RRP £699** Spec: * Bolt-On Neck * Swamp Ash with exotic figured maple top * Maple, Modern ’C’ Shape * Rosewood fingerboard * 22 Large frets * White pearl inlay * Seymour Duncan SJB-3n & SMB4-D Pickups * Duncan designed BEQ-3 EQ / 1vol, 1blend, 3-band, frequency selector S/W Controls * Chrome Hardware. This is only for sale because I'm now firmly in the grip of a Fender phase and there is one I'm looking at that I really want. So it's your opportunity to get a fantastic bass at almost half price! Quick sale needed so it's yours delivered for £330!!
  10. I'm scared to say anything now. I own both, I do prefer the Marcus Miller because it is more of a prominent, harder sound than the normal Jazz, which in comparison seems a bit 'fluffy' if that's the right word. In terms of weight they are roughly the same. I do find myself reaching for the MM for church on Sunday though. Being active I'm not forever turning to the amp for more volume as it's easier to control from the bass. Hope that helps.
  11. Would consider a deal with a MIA Jazz, maple board only though.
  12. Up for sale now because it's not used anymore because I'm playing my Precisions more than anything else at the moment. It's a 2003 model in the best colour, in my opinion (and I'm always right Has the Aero pickups which are quite aggressive, it really is a great passive bass. The cavities have been shielded, not because they needed it but the previous owner felt it should have been done at the factory. Will you look at that neck! It fabulous. That sums it up really. Really well made bass in super condition throughout, there are a few tiny marks on the back which are hard to see and a little mark on the front, (pictured) I have a really good hard case that I'll send it in too. There are 3 pickguards included, the one that's on plus a white, and a red Tort. I would like £650 for it and it'll be delivered free to the UK mainland. No trades thanks. Cheers for looking.
  13. Mine is Lake Placid Blue so I'd vote for that. HTH.
  14. Now £120 delivered. Brand new Cort bass with a gigbag and free delivery!! Can't believe it's still here.
  15. Thanks guys. Needs to go soon.... May take cheaper fender bass as part ex?
  16. Blimey, I've just paid nearly £900 for one of these This is the bargain of the year! Stunning. Bump.
  17. I've used Wilkie tuners on a les paul copy and they were very good.
