1. Are you prepared to courier / post this cab ? I know the thread mentions any same size mark head will fit in the slot but does the top cover have to come off ? Ideally, i'd like to pull the head out on a regular basis when taking the amp to rehearsal where there's already a MB cab
2. I'd like our band to try covering this - not usually my kinda music but The Deformation of Strickland Banks is a great album - Eric Appapouly plays most of the bass. It seems to be the same played across G, B and F# I'm just trying to get the basic riff but am struggling - probably cos I'm not very musical ! Any advice welcomed
3. I emailed the guy last week - no response
4. Price reduction
5. Update - will also consider trades. Always on the lookout for nice basses. I'm selling my TD6 drum kit. I bought it used about 18 months ago but it's in very good nick and has the blue frame. My intention was to learn to play basic drums to help my bass playing but it's not happened due to lack of time. I upgraded the bass drum to the KD-8 and have a chain pedal with it. I also upgraded the hihat to the CY-12 which means there's a spare pad. There's also a good quality drumstool with it. I've prob spent about £650 in total so would be looking for [s]£550 £500 [/s]£475. I'd also consider trade for a nice bass (especially Musicman, Fender, Warwick) with cash either way. It's set up at my house in Wakefield, West Yorkshire if anyone wants to try it out. So kit consists of TD-6 Sound Module PD-8 V-Pad x 5 CY-8 Dual Trigger Cymbal Pad x2 FD-8 Hi-Hat Controller KD-8 Kick Trigger Drum Stand Bass drum pedal Drum stool
6.
Hi there Mike, How are you getting on with the Warwick? I might be interested in the Combo, how heavy is it? Cheers, Gary
The Warwick has gone into the 'will not sell' category - so that tells it's own story ! The combo is just under 20kg - rest of the spec below. I know we're a distance apart but if you know anyone who's coming to the Yorkshire Bash, I'll probably be there. Or if you have any mates who travel to Old Trafford regularly we could sort something. 7. Having decided to go down the seperate Markbass amp and lightweight cab option, time has come to move the following Markbass gear I'm not going to list the specs as you all know how good this kit is. Markbass CMD102P combo I've had this about 12 months and gigged 4/5 times with it. It's been well looked after and has a fitted protective cover Looking for(was£650) £625 ono SOLD Markbass Standard 104HR cab (8 ohm) Only just bought this as a used cab but again, very good condition. Sounds stunning with my Little Mark Rocker, even more stunnning when used with the 102P Looking for (was£495) £475 ono I'm based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire but travel over to the North West fairly regularly. Happy for anyone to come and try out either/both items but living in a terraced house will need to keep the volume reasonable. Will sell seperately or together. Looking for cash deal on at least one item but may consider trades plus or minus cash for something of interest such as Boss GT10-B MM Stingray 3EQ An 'interesting' Fender Jazz or Precision (MIA, MIJ)
8. Is postage / courier an option with these ?

Pm'd re. availability
10. PM'd re. straplocks
11. mines an early MIM. there's a bit of the recess that's narrower and that's what catches the John East ! Anyway, price now dropped
12. A John East J Retro 01 (Chrome) pre amp. This is as new, never fitted but no box or instructions but they are downloadable from here: John East J Retro. Retail at £195 - I'm looking for [s]£120 [/s] £100 posted within EU Only reason I'm selling is that it doesn't drop into my MIM Jazz without me taking a router to it and that's way out of my league.
13. Only just bought this but typically, a bass I really want has come up and I can't add to the collection without sacrifice. So it's last in, first out Here's the original ad and piccies Music Master I'm looking to recover the £300 outlay - could probably do better on ebay but that doesn't seem right. I'm based in Wakefield and work near M62 J31
14. Just to avoid anyone wasting their time, I've paid for this cab and am just awaiting delivery.
15. PM'd - I'll have this !
16. Another vote for the polytune. Added bonus is that it's easy to read from above. Big bonus if you're on the verge of needing reading glasses
17. Would you post at buyers expense ?
