4. If anyone kind London based soul was heading up North (maybe the Harrogate bass bash) and wouldn't mind picking the combo up, I'd take it like a shot.

10.
If you would like to organise a courier, I can post it On the amp front. There should be more than enough space for it to fit in the slot, as the mental panel on the top of the LM's are thin. When I had the amp in the cab/combo, it was held in by two screws, but I sold that with the amp head as I put a piece of wood on the head to protect it. I don't know if there are holes in the top of the LM2 head for that, but you could easy take off the top and drill some holes for it as the same size. If I was you, I'd either screw it in and leave it there or get the Markbass gig bag or other case and put it on top of the cab (which is what I did till I traded it). I'm not sure taking it in and out of the cab would work as you'd need to keep screwing it in and our each time might be a pain unless you can get some form of quick release screws. I guess this depends how much you intend taking the head out.
Thanks - will have a think over it. I take the head (Little Rocker 500) to rehearsal every week. At other times it could stay sat on the cab. Only really need to screw it in if I take the 'combo' out to a gig. Even then, maybe doesn't need to get screwed in as it's in a vertical position anyway. also looking at a pair of purple chili cabs so need to think it over.
11. Are you prepared to courier / post this cab ? I know the thread mentions any same size mark head will fit in the slot but does the top cover have to come off ? Ideally, i'd like to pull the head out on a regular basis when taking the amp to rehearsal where there's already a MB cab
12. I'd like our band to try covering this - not usually my kinda music but The Deformation of Strickland Banks is a great album - Eric Appapouly plays most of the bass. It seems to be the same played across G, B and F# I'm just trying to get the basic riff but am struggling - probably cos I'm not very musical ! Any advice welcomed
13. I emailed the guy last week - no response
14. Price reduction
15. Update - will also consider trades. Always on the lookout for nice basses. I'm selling my TD6 drum kit. I bought it used about 18 months ago but it's in very good nick and has the blue frame. My intention was to learn to play basic drums to help my bass playing but it's not happened due to lack of time. I upgraded the bass drum to the KD-8 and have a chain pedal with it. I also upgraded the hihat to the CY-12 which means there's a spare pad. There's also a good quality drumstool with it. I've prob spent about £650 in total so would be looking for [s]£550 £500 [/s]£475. I'd also consider trade for a nice bass (especially Musicman, Fender, Warwick) with cash either way. It's set up at my house in Wakefield, West Yorkshire if anyone wants to try it out. So kit consists of TD-6 Sound Module PD-8 V-Pad x 5 CY-8 Dual Trigger Cymbal Pad x2 FD-8 Hi-Hat Controller KD-8 Kick Trigger Drum Stand Bass drum pedal Drum stool
16.
Hi there Mike, How are you getting on with the Warwick? I might be interested in the Combo, how heavy is it? Cheers, Gary
The Warwick has gone into the 'will not sell' category - so that tells it's own story ! The combo is just under 20kg - rest of the spec below. I know we're a distance apart but if you know anyone who's coming to the Yorkshire Bash, I'll probably be there. Or if you have any mates who travel to Old Trafford regularly we could sort something.
