  2. Finding nice people you enjoy playing with is wonderful, "no ego's" is rare because it means every one is listening to each other and compromises. You can comment without upsetting others....you are "harmonious" I am very lucky, my band Fynnius Fogg is celebrating, 50 years with the same founding members! We are obviously old but young at heart and have 23 gigs this year (played over 1000 gigs together)...it has been a wonderful friendship and life
  3. Congratulations on surviving 45 years awesome...long may it continue
  4. OK, how is it!!!!!!!!!...jealous from Northampton
  5. This is good advice. I went from 34" to 32" (2017) for a year then committed to short scale. now use 30.5" & 30" and for rehearsals where the box! is small..I use a 26.5" scale....they are all below 7lb so no back or shoulder issues....
  6. Also its mains supply power, which imo increases reliability
  7. We have 3 One Spot Pro's for multi pedal boards & rack.....have used for >8 years with no issues, even tho' the Voicelive demands max current. Yes they are higher price, but very high quality & silent....
  8. Wow...stunning collection
  9. Have used at 3 gigs and I (and my band mates) are very happy....very easy to play, great sounds & light...can you spot it?
  10. Last Saturdays gig was in a wonderful saxon church, St Mary's in Higham Ferrers....the acoustics were awesome...over 100 people and we raised ~£1400 for the church roof! audience in the pew's and yes dancing in the aisles
  11. Tonight is one of the 50th year celebration gigs for Fynnius Fogg https://www.facebook.com/groups/156699317688562
  12. Great gig in Midland Band club Kettering, very nice music venue, good acoustics..fundraiser for Cransley hospice
  13. So did I...very high quality build....but so heavy!
  14. We have done 16 gig's with our new PA & wired in ear & another 22 gigs booked to the end of the year. We are so please with the quality of the FoH & in ear...we are concerned if anything goes wrong on the night, so we have built a simple spare rig...work's well.. Todays kit is far more reliable, so am I the only one that worries!!!!!!!
