  1. My LB 30 fizzled out a while back, I called Dave Green at Ashdown and took it in a few days later and he fixed it while I waited and looked around the shop, all FOC , I’m sure they will sort it for you T bay 👍
  2. I’m a joiner/ cabinet maker and I could fix it but it’s the finish I think you would struggle with, if it was in the uk I might have considered it
  3. It’s a shame that it’s outside of the pickguard or another guard would have covered it
  4. I thought it might have been our friend from eBay for a moment 😁
  5. Definitely, what a very strange thing to do
  6. Very nice
  7. I clicked on this 60s precision on reverb, and omg, I can’t say I’ve ever seen a thumb rest like this 😁
  8. On all the ashdown amps I’ve had the VU didn’t really move that much , the RM one is more sensitive I think
  9. Out of interest who was the band 🙂
  10. Welcome nb 👍, there’s lots of helpful people here, good luck with your search
  11. If it’s someone I didn’t know I might think twice, it might come back like this 😁
  12. I’ve never ever broke a string, how does this happen, the only way I could see would be if you were slapping hard and pulled the G maybe too much
  13. Sounds good to me and lake placid blue is a great colour, any pictures
  14. Welcome JL 👍
  15. I clicked on it while I was driving today, really nice 🙂
  16. There’s some nice Basslines on that 👍
  17. How about some cuss cuss
  18. There’s some really great tunes in there SumOne , nice idea
  19. If I see it I’ll let you know 👍
  20. I’m looking on vintage sites most days and I’ve never seen that one
  21. That’s nice Andy, looks like a real players bass , what year was it
  22. How about this?
  23. Cool, sometimes a little tweak is all it needs, glad it’s playing good 👍
  24. Definitely Paul, I’ve got 2 jazzes with those, such a nice warm sound
  25. My precision was my go to bass for years with labella flats, simple to eq and a great sound, but then I got the jazz bass bug and didn’t use my P for about 5 years, at the moment I switch between both, what I find with the jazz is i can get a deeper fatter more rounded sound than I can the P, but saying that I’m currently looking for a 68-74 precision 😁, I’ve seen footage of Aston Barrett using a P but that might have been before he got the jazz
