1. Yep, that's how it starts....enjoy the journey!
2. In my case that was about....10 seconds 😀
3. This post cannot be displayed because it is in a forum which requires at least 1 post to view.
4. Sad indeed. I was him with Argent and Blunstone several years ago, playing his Status bass, a great gig. A solid bass player a fine example to us all. RIP Jim.
5. New Year bump. Make me a sensible offer people, it needs to go.
6. I can vouch for the Vox Amphones too. Hard to beat for the money I reckon.
7. Bump! This is a fantastic bass, all reasonable offers considered. No trades though, thanks.
8. Photos and the serial number would be helpful. There is usually some information about the bass on the back of the control cavity cover a clear photo of that would be good.
9. Oh dear..... it would seem that the pics have gone.....and I'm struggling to attach them again.... i will keep trying .....watch this space
10. Still available. Please feel free to make any sensible offers.
11. Thanks for the comments Molan and Haimesy.
12. Suhr make fabulous guitars and basses. My Suhr J Bass is sublime. I'm only selling it as I'm funding another Wal so it has to go Otherwise I'd be keeping it.
13.
Have you thought about the Amphones? You can detach the quarter inch jack and use them as regular headphones as well. https://www.gak.co.u...kcaAjJMEALw_wcB
These are the ones I have, I think they are very good, and you can plug in your MP3 player/audio source of your choice for play along fun! Easy to use and sound very good.
14. I've recently acquired a brace of Wal basses that I am super happy with which means that this fabulous instrument needs to be moved on. So here for you consideration and delight is my passive Suhr Jazz in a fab Cherry Burst. The neck is to die for, typical Jazz size but with a roasted maple neck and pao ferro fretboard it is as smooth as smooth can be and feels fabulous in the hand. I have up loaded a few low res pics and will update these in the next day or so with some higher res photos but I wanted to get this up for sale as soon as possible. Other info such as weight, nut width, etc I'll update at the same time. However if you're after a next level Jazz Bass, this is it. Everything works as it should and it is in showroom condition. It comes with a G&G hard case with all tools and Suhr spec sheet. New this was £2700 a few years ago so with exchange rates as they are currently I would think it cost a lot more than that to buy a new one if you could find one over here. **edit** I've now weighed the bass on the bathroom scales and it comes in at 9.2lbs. It also has Loxx strap locks fitted but the original strap buttons are included. More photos added. I live in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness in Lincolnshire which isn't local to almost everyone I suspect. You are welcome to come over for a try out if you are local and I will ship if required. Please feel free to ask any questions
15. For what it's worth, I have the headphones version and I think they are great. The headphones are by Audio Technica and sound really good.
16. Same for me as the other responses. Ricky 4003.... I Really wanted to love it but the lack body contouring made it very uncomfortable to play and I didn't really get along with the neck either.
